OPTIPLANT CONSULTORES S.A.S. aware and convinced that information is one of the most important assets for our clients and for the development of our activity, we are committed both to compliance with applicable security requirements and to the establishment and continuous improvement of the information security management system in the construction and service provision processes of our software solutions focused on planning processes, which guarantees the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information from our clients, collaborators, suppliers, contractors, partners, and other stakeholders in general.

OptiPlant Consultores S.A.S is a company dedicated to software development activities (planning, analysis, design, programming, testing), committed to providing optimal working, health and safety conditions for workers in any of their work models (on-site or remote), contractors and clients. We seek to design and implement the necessary methods to anticipate, recognize, evaluate and control risks that may affect the safety and health of workers, external personnel and those involved within the organization, in order to achieve continuous improvement through compliance with applicable legal requirements for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OH&S).

1. Introduction

Suite 360 is a corporate application developed by OptiPlant Consultores S.A.S. whose objective is to facilitate secure access to internal business services.

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled within the application and reaffirms our commitment to the security and protection of user data.

2. Information we DO NOT collect

Suite 360 does not collect, store or share personal data from users. In particular:

• We do not store names, emails, phone numbers or personal information.
• We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising systems.
• We do not share information with third parties.

3. Authentication and access

The application uses authentication through Microsoft corporate accounts (Azure Active Directory).

• The authentication process is managed directly by Microsoft.
• Suite 360 does not store credentials, passwords or authentication tokens.
• Access is restricted only to authorized users within corporate organizations.

4. Camera usage

The application may request access to the device camera exclusively for internal application functionalities.

• Captured images are not stored on external servers.
• Captured content is used only within the application.
• Visual information is not shared with third parties.

5. Internet usage

Suite 360 requires an Internet connection to:

• Verify access to corporate services.
• Allow the application to function correctly.

The Internet connection is not used to collect personal data.

6. Information storage

The application may store minimal technical information locally on the device (for example, session states) solely to improve user experience.

This information:

• Is not personal.
• Is not shared.
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the application.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect the application and ensure secure access to corporate services.

Access to the application is controlled through corporate authentication and internal security policies.

8. Target audience

Suite 360 is intended exclusively for authorized corporate users.

It is not designed for minors or general public use.
